2.  To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Add To Cart’.

3.  After confirming your Order, you can view your cart and checkout the page.

4.  Please login using your username / email address & password, otherwise, you need to create an account for first login.

6. Please furnish recipient information with complete address, telephone contact and message and choose your payment method PayPal or direct bank transfer to checkout.

Same day delivery
(Monday to Saturday, public holiday off ) For order with payment done
by 2.00pm from Monday to Friday;
by 11.00am on Saturday.

(Same day delivery might not available before the cut-off time mentioned above if we reached our daily production limit)

Delivery time:
Monday to Friday : 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday : 9.00am – 2.00pm

Please place an order with payment 3 days in advance to ensure on time delivery

Morning delivery request (9.00am – 12.00noon)
For morning delivery request, kindly arrange order with payment at lease 2 working days before delivery date and input ‘request for morning delivery’ inside memo to us section during online ordering.

Not applicable for Sunday’s delivery and during peak season (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day). We understood that sender hope the delivery to be morning surprise on the special day but due to high volume of delivery to be handling during peak season, we can’t promise but will try the best to fulfill. However, delivery will be done on the date specified during order.

*Please place orders before one day early to avoid disappointment.

Delivery areas: Penang (island & mainland).

If you are placing an order through littlegardenflorist.com, we will receive your order immediately. The auto-responder will send you a notification email order invoice. Once we confirm your order details and receive your payment. We will proceed your item deliver to your location.

Important notes :

Sender must provide at least 1 contact number for recipient e.g. mobile phone. Please provide alternative contact number if available e.g. 2nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone. We will confirm the address with recipient again before delivery. We will NOT reveal the actual item until it received by recipient because we understand most of the sender need the gift/flower to be a surprise

Order status can be check from ‘Your Account’ at our website header by input Order ID and E-Mail. However, status will update manually by our customer service during working hour.
In some cases, delivery may not be done within specified time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This apply to all delivery time frame.

Fix time/express delivery can be arrange by extra surcharge (e.g. Order must deliver between 2pm to 3pm otherwise recipient will not be there). It’s because additional resources and arrangement needed to fulfill these request. To avoid the charges, we suggest that you contact us for more details.

For delivery to office : Deliver to receptionist or recipient colleague contact number.

For delivery to house : Deliver to recipient family member or neighbour house contact number.

For delivery to college/university campus :
We need you to provide us delivery recipient contact number if we unable to contact the deliver recipient.

Delivery Charges charging based on ‘per address per trip’ basis. (e.g. Charging delivery charges for only once if deliver multiple product to same address in same trip and date).
